We accept Klarna (invoice, installments, and direct payment), Visa, Mastercard via Stripe, and Swish. All transactions are processed in SEK. Card details are never stored on our servers. Payment is handled entirely by the processor.
Standard delivery within Sweden takes 2-4 working days from the day after payment is confirmed. Every order gets a tracking link by email as soon as it leaves the Örebro warehouse. If your order has not moved within 5 working days, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.
Orders can be changed or cancelled free of charge up until the point they are packed for dispatch, which usually happens the morning after the order is placed. After dispatch, the standard 30-day return process applies. Email us as early as possible and we will do what we can.
